Certified Personal Trainer & Large Group Training Coach

My Why

I’ve dabbled in various parts of health and wellness over the last 20 years but never quite found an area that resonated the way I wanted it to. Back in 2014, I was a large player in the start a free workout group that met outdoors (yes - year round) called November Project Chicago. I’d never lead workouts before but learned to be creative in designing workouts and used it as an opportunity to pursue more information about how to safely and effectively lead workouts for groups of 5-200+ attendees.

As this was a volunteer position, I decided to purse fitness as a career by getting my Personal Trainer certification through NASM. Helping, educating, and breaking down barriers for people to enjoy working out has been extremely important for me. My goal is to be a part of building a client’s confidence so that they can feel empowered to maintain a lifestyle that keeps them active and healthy forever.
