JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and help visitors, answer phone calls, and organize office tasks.

  • Talk to potential customers from all sources and schedule them for consultation appointments.

  • Support the team with paperwork and scheduling.

  • Handle company online orders and incoming mail / deliveries.

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and office area.

  • Keep track of customer info in our system and follow up with them for missing or expired information.

  • Flexible part time hours, with remote work options available. Must be willing and able to work throughout the day and provide quick answers to management needs and new client inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in front desk or administrative work is a plus.

  • Must be good at talking to people with a friendly demeanor, but comfortable having hard conversations with new clients and prospects when needed.

  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, capable of handling unexpected challenges with ease.
